I could sit here and list quite a few games that are worth your time and money that are on the Wii, and that are not just Metroid, Zelda, and Mario..but it would be a waste of breath.
When you do little to no research, then you will obviously think in a similar manner. Grow up and do some adult research on something before you make a premature conclusion on something.

Japan is much more casual oriented than they used to be. Zelda, Metroid, and Mario have always been top sellers in Japan, yet this generation they came and went with more fanfare in the US than in Japan.
No More Heroes, which is an honest to goodness hardcore game, by one of the most respected developers in Japan, barely fizzled this time.
Brain Age, Wii Fit, Wii Sports, Wii Play, Mario Party, Nintendogs and other similar casual games are all people in Japan are...
It will be a great year in gaming between PS3, Wii, and 360 we'll have some top notch stuff out.
PS3's 2008 will make up for the slow '07 too. I cannot wait for Burnout Paradise, GT5, MGS4, and FFXIII, and LBP.
White Knight Story I guess I'm just not as optimistic about, we know too little about it. I don't know why people keep listing home with games, even though it's not. I hope it is a good gaming hub though, something to keep track of your gaming history.

and so far in my experience, almost everything motion controlled on the PS3 has been horrible.
Plus there has yet to be a bowling game on the PS3 that has been as accurate or fun as WiiSports bowling.
GT Prologue will be great, although I would rather have the full game.
I doubt it will be PS3 exclusive.
Capcom knows it will sell the best if they put it on both systems, and heck even the Wii.

Keep it multi Capcom, 360 and PS3 owners both deserve to enjoy your new masterpiece. If the Wii can handle it, then allow Wii players the opportunity also.

Personally I don't see any reason they should keep certain games exclusive if it's not necessary to the console. Take Lost Planet for example, it works fine for both systems. I don't have a 360, and it is obviously too powerful for the Wii, so I can't wait to finally play it on my PS3.
Street Fighter 4 should be multi, so Capcom can take advantage of the higher install base of both platforms. I don't care about the pissing contest this console war has become, I just want to ...

I still love the original, and the sequel is the one game I'm spending money on this month. It just looks beautiful, and proves that video games can be art.
Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros Brawl are going to eat up my time like nothing else.
Then I have Burnout Paradise and MGS4 to look forward to.
I would say FFXIII also, but I have doubts we'll see it next year.
MySims is the weakest on my list, but it's not near as bad as some of the schlock companies have thrown at the Wii. For a first effort to do a Sims spinoff, it was quite enjoyable. (But those load times kill me, even EA should be better than that.)
Oh I forgot Resident Evil: UC and Medal of Honor Heroes 2...which were in a word...Awesome.

These five were all great games, and really well done. My Sims had horrible load times, but was still a top notch Sims spin off with an anime/chibi twist.

There are games that do recieve higher scores from certain companies online even if they are old. Crap like Golden Axe III was horrible even when it was first released.
I don't know why catastrophe is even posting VC reviews except for the fact that he is wanting to get some more negetive news about the Wii out there, and he feels this is the best way to do it.
